Mazonite360 (the “Service”) is provided by Mazonite360 (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, the “Seller”), a company registered in South Africa. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Mazonite360 is a software platform that helps South African small and medium enterprises track statutory compliance requirements, estimate risk exposure, manage compliance documents and deadlines, and request support from vetted third-party specialists.

The Service provides information and workflow tooling only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or professional advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, or facilitate fraud;
• send spam or unsolicited communications;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping data;
• resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your active plan. We retain ownership of the Service and all related intellectual property, including software, the compliance requirement library, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the content and documents you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Mazonite360's standard monthly subscription is R400 per month. Eligible new monthly customers receive a promotional rate of R200 per month for their first three payments, after which the subscription automatically continues at R400 per month. Access to the dashboard requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

All prices are quoted and charged in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Card, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper and Mobicred payments are processed on our behalf by PayFast (Payfast (Pty) Ltd), a registered South African payment gateway and PCI-DSS compliant service provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly debits at the price shown at checkout, including the automatic change from R200 to R400 after the third promotional payment, against your chosen payment method until you cancel. Payment security and processing are governed by PayFast’s terms. Cancelling ends your subscription and access to paid features immediately; see our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access to paid features ends. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete it.

Your account details, compliance records and uploaded documents are held on encrypted cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in its Frankfurt, Germany data centre region. Access is controlled per account, so one business can never see another business’s data.

Documents you upload are stored privately and are never publicly available. They can only be opened through short-lived, signed links issued to the account that owns them.

Card and banking details are never stored on our systems — subscription payments, recurring debits and refunds are processed in South Africa by PayFast. Business email and support correspondence are handled through Google Workspace. Public website delivery is served through our hosting provider and its content delivery network.

Because storage occurs outside South Africa, we rely on the providers’ terms and contractual safeguards consistent with POPIA section 72. You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
