Refund Policy

Mazonite360 (Pty) Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Mazonite360 subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Email us at admin@mazonite360.com with your account email and the date of the payment. Approved refunds are reversed to the original payment method through PayFast, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops the PayFast recurring debit order immediately and ends your paid access straight away.

All refunds are made in South African Rand to the original payment method. Where a payment was made by Instant EFT, the refund is paid back to the originating bank account. We are the seller of record and are responsible for handling your refund.
